Now as of Apthe app is blank for today’s reading, and when you click on the month it opens and the spinning wheel just continues to spin like it’s trying to open! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! I thought it was a April fool joke but this is getting annoying because the next day it’s the same! Someone on the develop team is/has been slacking on working out the quirks to this app!!!Īnd other main issue is when the new version was updated you all took away the motivation count of how many days being read! This was a cool feature and very motivating!! WHY?!?! Not liking none of this. Ok, this is really getting annoying! When the app received its newest update version the app would not open! Realize everyone that updated to the new version was also experiencing the same thing! Wrote a review and the developers advised to delete the app. Many blessing to all behind the ODB as you are touching so many lives with your hard work and prayers :)ĭimples2007, thank you so much for sharing how the Lord has used the Our Daily Bread to bring encouragement to your life and your friend's lives! We are so delighted to hear how God is working!! We are very sorry that you are experiencing troubles sharing the image and the devotional and our team would be happy to help resolve this for you. I pray this problem will be fixed real soon. The picture is very important as it draws people to read my post when they see it. So I always have to delete the app then download it again in order to share the picture. When I try, it shows me the last picture that is from a different date. I have been having problems with the app for a while now where I can’t share the picture at the top of the page. No -believer friends and relatives read my ODB post everyday and once when I was in a dark place I planned on deleting my Facebook and Instagram accounts and a lot of my non-believer friends asked me not to because reading my ODB post everyday has become part of their morning routine. In fact, if you’re one of my friends, the ODB is the only thing you will see on my Facebook app. Help me to reach out and invite them in.I read the ODB app every morning before breakfast and also share it on my Facebook page and text it to each member of our family and my siblings every single day. Prayer: Loving God, I know I’m sometimes so private that I shut others out of my life. Reflect: What keeps you from sharing your needs with others? What can you do today to reach out to someone else and help shoulder their burden? Only by depending on one another can we experience what God has for us and accomplish His amazing plan for our lives-like building a barn in a day. He knows beautiful things happen when we ask for others’ help and pray for others’ needs. But God longs for us to connect with others. Or we fail to reach out and help shoulder the weight of someone else’s need. We keep our needs to ourselves, wanting control of our circumstance. In community, we’re encouraged to “carry each other’s burdens” (Galatians 6:2). God has equipped each of us differently and divvied up tasks in which we each do our “own special work” as part of a body “fit together perfectly” (Ephesians 4:16 nlt). ![]() The Bible says, “All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it” (1 Corinthians 12:27 nlt). ![]() ![]() This is a good picture of God’s vision for the church and our role in it.
